Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Damaged / Incorrect Product
We ensure to do our best to offer quality products and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality product or an incorrect product. Thankfully this is rather unusual! But if it does happen to you, we offer a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
Just send us your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the product or the damaged area of the item. Please contact our customer service and we will organise a replacement or a refund for you.
Orders Damaged in Transit
If your order is damaged in transit and you have a tracking number, you are insured. Contact Australia Post and lodge a claim. We will assist you as much as we can with your claim. However, the finial decision lies with Australia Post.
Order not Received
If your item has not arrived within 3 weeks after having ordered, contact our customer service and we will investigate. For orders that are sent without a tracking number we are unable to assist you if your order is lost in transit. In this case you need to contact Australia Post for assistance. This is why we offer the option at checkout for postage with a tracking number. Orders sent with a tracking number are insured up to $100. For orders over this value we will either send your order in two lots or arrange for additional insurance.
If your order is lost then contact Australia Post and lodge a claim. We will assist you as much as we can with your claim. However, the finial decision lies with Australia Post.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
To be covered by insurance plants must be sent via Express Post. We will send most plant orders in batches of around 20 plants with insurance. If plants arrive in a manner not satisfactory, please contact us. In most cases we will advise you to take the plants to Australia Post to lodge a claim.
Please take photos of your parcel and the state of the plants immediately on arrival.
We do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Please make sure that:
The product was received in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
