History - When Mrs Collier was first exhibited in around 1905 it was considered the closest to "yellow". It was rediscovered in a South American garden by Prof. Harland c.1955 and released by Dobbie & Son of Edinburgh. AGM 2014. Mrs Collier is foundation cultivar used in the cross between Lathyrus odoratus and L. belinensis, which has led to the various Lathyrus x hammettii hybrids.
